Cybersecurity Ad Examples: 10,175 Distinct B2B Ads From 57 Companies
AdPeekly tracks 10,175 distinct cybersecurity ad creatives from 57 B2B companies advertising on LinkedIn. Every ad below is a separate creative template, not a variant of another, and each carries the dates it was observed running. The median cybersecurity campaign runs 21 days.
Observed between June 11, 2026 and September 22, 2026. Last updated September 22, 2026. How this dataset is built.

Forty creatives, one per template, spread across the advertisers in this vertical rather than taken from whichever company runs the most ads. The full set of 10,175 is searchable in the app.

How long do Cybersecurity campaigns run?
The median cybersecurity campaign in the AdPeekly dataset runs 21 days, against a dataset-wide median of 19 days. That is 2 days longer than the average B2B advertiser.
This figure covers the 3,940 creatives from 55 companies where LinkedIn reported a campaign start date, out of 10,175 total. Ads without a reported start date are excluded on purpose: for those, the only available measurement is how long AdPeekly has been watching them, which would describe our scraping schedule rather than anyone's campaign.
Which ad formats do Cybersecurity companies actually use?
AdPeekly observes 8 ad formats across this vertical, and they are nowhere near equally used: Single Image Ad alone accounts for 59.7% of all 10,175 creatives.
| Format | Creatives | Share |
|---|---|---|
| Single Image Ad | 6,072 | 59.7% |
| Video Ad | 1,565 | 15.4% |
| Message Ad | 1,131 | 11.1% |
| Document Ad | 1,076 | 10.6% |
| Carousel Ad | 175 | 1.7% |
| Unclassified | 94 | 0.9% |
| Event Ad | 43 | 0.4% |
| Text Ad | 19 | 0.2% |
The Unclassified row is creatives where the scrape did not capture a format label. It is shown rather than dropped so the shares sum to the whole.
How many Cybersecurity ads are still live?
Of the 2,276 cybersecurity creatives from 36 companies that AdPeekly re-checked in the 7 days to September 22, 2026, 69.1% were still delivering.
Only recently re-checked advertisers are counted. Including companies that have not been revisited would measure how recently AdPeekly scraped them rather than whether their ads are running, and the two look almost identical if you do not separate them.
Cybersecurity advertising, by product category
Where the 57 advertisers in this vertical actually sit. Categories backed by fewer than three advertisers are left out, because one company's ad output is not a view of a market.
| Category | Creatives | Advertisers |
|---|---|---|
| Cloud Security | 1,493 | 7 |
| Identity & Access Management | 1,044 | 8 |
| Endpoint Security | 653 | 4 |
| DevSecOps | 541 | 5 |
| Compliance | 438 | 5 |
Who runs Cybersecurity ads, by company stage
Advertiser counts sit beside creative counts on purpose: a stage with thousands of creatives and one advertiser is that company's budget, not a pattern.
| Stage | Creatives | Advertisers |
|---|---|---|
| Series C | 3,593 | 17 |
| Public / IPO | 2,346 | 11 |
| Series B | 1,321 | 9 |
| Series A | 1,164 | 11 |
| Acquired | 829 | 2 |
| Private Equity | 596 | 4 |
| Seed | 235 | 2 |
| Bootstrapped | 91 | 1 |

Yes. AdPeekly collapses creative variants into one row per template, so 10,175 means 10,175 distinct creatives rather than the same ad counted repeatedly. Before deduplication the same cybersecurity set holds 29,980 ad records. The median advertiser in this vertical ships about 2.75 variants of each creative, so counting raw records would inflate every number on this page without adding a single new ad worth looking at.
From the campaign start and end dates LinkedIn reports on the ad itself, across the 3,940 creatives here that carry one, out of 10,175 total. Ads without a reported start date are excluded from the median on purpose: for those the only measurable span is the time between AdPeekly first and last seeing them, which tracks our scraping schedule rather than the advertiser's decision. Mixing the two populations produces a number that looks precise and means nothing.
69.1% of the 2,276 creatives from 36 companies that AdPeekly re-checked in the 7 days to September 22, 2026. The filter is per creative, not per company: a company can have some ads inside that window and others outside it, and only the recently re-checked ones count. Creatives not revisited in that window are left out, because an ad that has not been looked at recently keeps whatever status it last had. Counting those would measure how recently AdPeekly scraped it rather than whether it is live, and the two are easy to confuse.
No. AdPeekly tracks a curated list of B2B companies, 57 of them in this vertical, rather than crawling every advertiser on the platform. That makes the dataset deep on the companies it follows and silent on the ones it does not. Read the shares and medians here as describing the tracked set, not the whole industry. The methodology page names the selection rule and the known biases.
Only one company at a time, and only while the campaign is live. LinkedIn's Ad Library has no keyword search, no industry filter, no export and no archive, so ads disappear when campaigns end and nothing records how long they ran. That is why this page exists: a cross-company view of cybersecurity advertising with the history still attached.
What we noticed
Cybersecurity leans on formats the rest of the corpus barely uses. Message ads are 11.1% of its creatives against a 6.3% corpus average, and Document ads 10.6% against 6.5%, both close to double, while video sits at 15.4% against 18.1%. Read together with the 21-day median, the longest of the four verticals published here, the picture is of a category that buys attention with gated research and direct outreach and then leaves the campaign running, rather than with short video bursts.
