Terms of Service
Last updated: September 9, 2026
These Terms explain the rules for using AdPeekly and the rights and responsibilities that apply to your account and subscription.
1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AdPeekly, including the website at https://adpeekly.com, the AdPeekly application, and related services. By creating an account, starting a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
AdPeekly is operated by AdPeekly, Via Quattro Novembre 64/E, 38098 San Michele all'Adige TN, Italy (VAT IT02795840228). For questions about these Terms, contact info@adpeekly.com.
2. The service
AdPeekly is a SaaS platform that helps B2B marketers research advertising creatives, market activity, and related business context. The service may include searchable ad libraries, saved boards, exports, analysis, enrichment, onboarding, billing, and account-management features.
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service over time. We will not materially reduce paid functionality during an active subscription period without a reasonable replacement, notice, or other commercially reasonable remedy.
3. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
You may use AdPeekly only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with these Terms, applicable laws, and any usage limits or plan restrictions shown in the service or order flow.
4. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize us and Stripe to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and renewal amounts using your selected payment method.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage billing through the account or billing portal where available. Except where required by law or expressly stated in writing, fees are non-refundable and partial subscription periods are not credited.
Where we offer a free trial, the trial converts into a paid subscription automatically. A payment method is collected when the trial starts and nothing is charged during the trial. At the end of the trial we charge the price stated at signup for the plan shown at signup, and the subscription then renews on that cycle. Before the first charge we send you a reminder stating the amount and the date. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with security or availability, scrape the application in a way that harms the service, reverse engineer non-public parts of the platform, use the service to infringe rights, or upload unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content.
You must not resell, sublicense, or provide the service as a competing product unless we have agreed to that in writing.
6. Fair use and download limits
Each account may download up to 200 ads per calendar month. This limit is set generously for normal marketing research and creative inspiration.
The download limit resets on the 1st of each month.
Systematically downloading at or beyond this volume to bulk-copy creatives or clone products is a misuse of the service and a breach of these Terms, and may lead to suspension under section 13.
Users with a legitimate high-volume need can contact info@adpeekly.com or the in-app chat to arrange access.
7. Customer content and outputs
You retain ownership of content you submit to AdPeekly, such as account information, saved boards, notes, preferences, and support messages. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, display, secure, and support that content as part of providing the service.
AdPeekly may display advertising creatives, company information, public-source data, and derived analysis. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for business decisions, campaigns, or legal compliance.
8. Intellectual property
AdPeekly and its software, design, workflows, databases, analysis methods, branding, and documentation are owned by AdPeekly or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of AdPeekly intellectual property to you.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment obligations, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use AdPeekly for your internal business purposes during your subscription or trial.
9. Third-party services and content
The service depends on third-party providers, including Supabase for infrastructure, Stripe for payments, and Resend for email delivery. Your use of payment flows may also be subject to Stripe's terms and policies.
AdPeekly may link to or surface third-party websites, ad platforms, creatives, or company information. We do not control third-party content and are not responsible for its availability, accuracy, legality, or policies.
10. Confidentiality and data protection
Each party may receive non-public information from the other. The receiving party must use reasonable care to protect confidential information and use it only for purposes related to the service.
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. If a separate data processing agreement is required for your organization, contact us before using the service with regulated or sensitive personal data.
11. Disclaimers
AdPeekly is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We do not guarantee that every ad, company record, metric, enrichment, or analysis will be complete, current, or error-free. Market and advertising data can change quickly and may depend on third-party availability.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdPeekly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid to AdPeekly for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, create security or legal risk, or use the service in a way that could harm AdPeekly, other users, or third parties. You may stop using the service or cancel your subscription at any time.
After termination, your right to use the service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive, including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, confidentiality, and governing law, will continue to apply.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where mandatory consumer or data protection laws apply, nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived by contract.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. Continued use of AdPeekly after the effective date of updated Terms means you accept the updated Terms.
