Last updated: July 7, 2026
This policy applies to AdPeekly, available at https://adpeekly.com, and to the AdPeekly web application and related communications.
1. Who we are
AdPeekly provides creative and market intelligence tools for B2B marketers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal data when you visit adpeekly.com, create an account, use our application, receive our emails, or contact us.
The data controller is AdPeekly, Via Quattro Novembre 64/E, 38098 San Michele all'Adige TN, Italy (VAT IT02795840228). You can contact us about privacy matters at info@adpeekly.com.
2. Personal data we collect
Account data: name, email address, company details, authentication identifiers, plan status, onboarding information, preferences, and messages you send to us.
Usage data: pages and features used, searches, saved ads, boards, settings, device and browser information, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, timestamps, log data, and diagnostics needed to keep the service secure and reliable.
Billing data: subscription plan, payment status, invoices, billing address, tax information where required, and related Stripe customer and subscription identifiers. We do not store full card numbers.
Marketing data: email preferences, campaign interactions, and whether you opened, clicked, subscribed to, or unsubscribed from marketing communications.
3. How we use personal data
We use personal data to provide, secure, maintain, and improve AdPeekly; create and manage accounts; process subscriptions; deliver onboarding and support; personalize product settings; send service, account, billing, security, and marketing communications; measure product performance; prevent fraud and abuse; and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal data. We also do not use customer billing data to target third-party advertising.
4. Legal bases for processing
For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we process personal data under the following legal bases: performance of a contract when we provide the service and manage subscriptions; legitimate interests when we secure, improve, and support the service; consent where required for certain cookies or marketing; and legal obligation when we keep records required by tax, accounting, or regulatory rules.
5. Processors and service providers
We use trusted processors to operate AdPeekly. Supabase provides database, authentication, storage, and edge-function infrastructure. Stripe processes payments, invoices, taxes, and subscription management. Resend delivers transactional and marketing email.
These providers process personal data only as needed to deliver their services to us, under contractual safeguards. We may also use hosting, analytics, monitoring, security, and customer-support tools where necessary to operate the service.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, protect the service, measure performance, and understand how the website and app are used. Some cookies are essential for authentication, security, billing flows, or application functionality. Where required by law, we ask for consent before using non-essential cookies.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of AdPeekly from working correctly.
7. Marketing preferences
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails or adjust marketing notification preferences through the link included in our emails. Account, security, billing, payment, and other transactional emails are not marketing emails and may still be sent when necessary to provide the service or comply with legal obligations.
8. International transfers
AdPeekly is operated from Italy and uses providers that may process data in other countries, including countries outside the European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, data processing agreements, and supplementary measures designed to protect transferred personal data.
9. Retention
We keep personal data for as long as needed to provide the service, manage your account, comply with tax and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and maintain security records. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it unless a longer retention period is required by law.
10. Your GDPR rights
If GDPR applies to your personal data, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or objection to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Italy, the competent authority is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
11. Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data, including access controls, authentication, encrypted transport, role-based permissions, monitoring, and provider security controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you should use a strong password and protect access to your email account.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as by posting the updated policy on this page or sending a notice through the service.
